Trying to cancel the “Carpin” app?

We are a manufacturing company in Connecticut and we have NOTHING to do with the Carpin: Find Family & Friends phone app. The Carpin App is made and published by Monoyoga Yazilim Anonim Sirketi (Monoyoga Inc, a New York corporation- see below). We at Carpin Manufacturing have no idea who that is and we have no relationship or association with them. We get dozens of phone calls every week from people who are trying to unsubscribe from the app. Unfortunately, we cannot help you cancel your subscription other than to offer the following instructions for cancelling subscriptions based on your phone operating system:
To cancel a subscription in IOS (iphone):

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
To cancel a subscription in Android:

2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.
